How does it work without a Workiz messaging API?
Workiz does not provide an API for its internal messaging system, so the product creates a custom automation interface on top of it.
Will the AI re-ask questions the customer already answered?
No. It scans the whole conversation first and recognizes details like address, phone number, and requested work before composing a reply.
