Ingenious Search for Windows
Free access grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ingenious Search within the published daily allowances. A subscription unlocks paid features on up to three authorized Windows devices through its paid-through date; bounded offline verification requires periodic internet access. The software is licensed, not sold. Keep backups before using file-management features and review move operations before confirming them.
Hosted apps and licensed seats
For hosted products such as Workiz Buddy, an active trial or subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for the purchased number of authorized users to access the applicable customer workspace. You may not share access outside the subscribing business or connect a Workiz account you are not authorized to administer. The service may require web access and an active third-party connection rather than installed software.
License grant
Ingenious Tools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run a downloaded app on the number of devices stated for your license or store entitlement, or to access a hosted app through the number of seats stated for its workspace, for the duration of your subscription, trial, or verified lifetime entitlement.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where law expressly permits.
- Remove or alter license enforcement, update checks, or proprietary notices.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the software.
- Use one license key across more devices or users than it permits.
Updates and telemetry
Ingenious Search automatically checks for authorized updates and notifies you when a newer version is available. Commercial installers must pass release-signature, checksum, and Windows publisher verification before installation. Hosted apps are updated on the service and identify the current build in the app and release notes. License or workspace validation sends the minimum account, device-hash where applicable, app-version, workspace, role, and entitlement information needed to authorize access; it does not send unrelated document contents. Other Ingenious apps may validate their Google Play entitlement. Diagnostic data is sent only when you submit a support or bug report.
Third-party services
Some apps connect to services you control (for example Workiz, ServiceTitan, Gmail, or eBay accounts). You are responsible for your credentials and for complying with those services’ terms. AI-assisted features may route text, listing details, and selected images to the AI provider configured for that feature.
Termination
This license ends when your subscription or trial ends, or immediately if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the software. Sections on restrictions, warranty, and liability survive termination.

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.
