The service
Ingenious Tools ("we") operates ingenioustools.net, which sells and services software products ("apps"). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or linking a Google Play purchase you agree to these terms.
Accounts and licenses
Each subscription grants non-transferable access to the covered app or plan. Downloaded apps may use a license key limited to the stated number of devices. Hosted products use an account workspace with the stated number of seats and assigned roles. Sharing, reselling, publishing a key, or giving workspace access to unauthorized people is prohibited and may result in suspension or revocation.
Trials
Trial terms are shown for each app before you start. Workiz Buddy requires a saved payment card for its 14-day trial and automatically bills when the trial ends unless canceled. Other app trials may require no payment method and may expire automatically. Trial access may be limited in features or capacity. One trial per verified customer per app; we may decline automated or abusive trials.
Billing
Ingenious Search and supported hosted-product subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. The standard Ingenious Search plans shown for this release are $19 per month or $190 per year with a 14-day trial; any active founding offer is shown separately. A hosted product may be priced per seat. The secure checkout shows the exact app, quantity, amount, discount, billing period, and any tax before you pay, and those affirmatively accepted checkout terms control the purchase. Wizero Battle web purchases open only when the owner enables the launch purchase switch. The web edition is a separate $6.99 one-time Stripe purchase for three devices; its product Terms, EULA and Refund Policy at wizero.net apply. Android distribution and purchases are handled separately through Google Play. Website subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled through the customer billing portal. Purchases made through Google Play are handled under Google Play billing and refund rules.
Hosted-product access and offboarding
A hosted Buddy workspace requires an eligible trial or subscription. Workiz Buddy provides seven days of normal access after a renewal payment fails, followed by read-only and export access while payment remains overdue. Payment recovery restores access. Effective cancellation starts the 30-day export and retention window. Seat limits apply to active members. The account owner controls invitations and roles, subject to server-side authorization. In Workiz Buddy, the owner uses one seat and pending invitations reserve capacity for seven days. Imported Workiz technicians do not consume seats. Paid seat increases activate after successful prorated payment; reductions and billing-period changes take effect at renewal. Changes during a trial preserve its end date.
When a hosted subscription is canceled, the applicable account page will show the paid-through date and any temporary read-only or export window before scheduled workspace deletion. Refunds, charge reversals, expiration, abuse, or a security incident may end access sooner. We do not promise continued access to a private preview or an unverified integration.
Workiz Buddy private pilot
Workiz Buddy is a hosted, seat-based companion service for invited business customers. The approved price is USD $50 per Buddy user monthly or $480 per user annually, plus applicable taxes, for U.S. customers. The 14-day trial requires a saved payment card and converts automatically to the selected paid plan unless canceled. Public sales stay closed until explicitly enabled; audited private pilots may be permitted. The price, seat quantity, billing period, trial, and tax affirmatively accepted at checkout control the purchase.
The pilot is designed for manual, auditable estimate recovery. You and your authorized users decide whether and how to contact each customer and are responsible for lawful communications, accurate records, required notices and consents, and compliance with Workiz terms. We may pause access if the Workiz connection, tenant boundary, payment state, or target environment cannot be verified safely.
Roadmap items, projected savings, and future integrations are not guarantees. Workiz Buddy is intended to reduce repetitive office work and make revenue opportunities easier to act on, but actual time or financial results depend on the customer’s data, processes, and decisions.
Ingenious Search Free and subscription
Free requires no registration and includes 2 PDF editing document-opening sessions, 5 dedicated viewing sessions, 3 completed searches across all tabs and 1 file organization operation per local day. Saving, undo, recovery and embedded previews are not separately charged. Word has no separate quota; PDF entry points retain PDF limits. Updates are free for everyone.
Subscription is USD 9 monthly with unlimited desktop workflows and 200 managed Ingenious AI actions per billing month. Subscribe during the first 30 days after public sales open for USD 5 monthly while continuously subscribed. A checkout opened before the deadline may complete for up to 30 minutes. Payment recovery on that same subscription preserves the price; a terminated subscription followed by a new subscription uses the then-current offer. No annual plan or new 14-day trial is offered for Search.
Monthly actions are consumed first and do not roll over. Optional USD 4.50 packs contain 50 actions, never expire, and are never purchased automatically. Search balances are separate from other products. Cancellation stops renewal and keeps paid access through the paid-through date, then returns to Free. Unspent top-ups remain saved for a future active subscription. Account deletion cancels the Search subscription and revokes its saved actions; limited transaction and fraud records are retained as required.
A refunded or disputed payment may revoke associated actions or paid access. A full subscription-period refund removes access funded by that payment. Open disputes suspend paid access while reviewed. Unrelated products are unaffected. Statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.
Ingenious Voice Assistant
Ingenious Voice Assistant includes five successful Local AI answers daily and 50 saved answers for free. A one-time Google Play lifetime purchase (USD 2.99 in the United States) unlocks unlimited Local AI, 1,000 saved answers and eligibility for separately funded Ingenious AI Premium. Premium requires lifetime access, sign-in, internet and available funding: USD 9 per month for 100 completed answers per billing period without rollover, or USD 4.99 for 40 non-expiring top-up credits. One completed Premium answer consumes one included answer or credit, using subscription allowance first. Credits are never purchased automatically. Cancellation stops renewal; unused included answers remain usable until the paid-through date and top-up credits remain until spent. Premium cancellation or exhaustion does not remove lifetime Local AI. Refunded credit packs lose their unused credits; a refunded or revoked lifetime purchase removes lifetime benefits upon verification. Google Play displays regional prices and renewal terms before purchase.
Purchase status is verified with Google Play. Pending, canceled, refunded, invalid, or already-linked purchases remain locked or are revoked. Offline paid access is cached for no more than 30 days before online verification is required.
Ingenious Notifications
Ingenious Notifications starts a 30-day, no-card installation trial on first install. Registration is optional for offline and bring-your-own-key features during the trial, but is required before a Google Play purchase or Managed AI use. Basic verbatim notification reading remains after the trial.
Google Play offers Local or BYOK and Managed AI monthly and annual subscriptions plus a consumable 1,000-action Managed AI pack. Upgrades to Managed AI take effect immediately under Google Play proration; downgrades take effect at renewal. Google Play purchase state controls access and may be restored on another linked device.
Acceptable use
You may not use the apps to violate law, interfere with the service, attempt to circumvent licensing, or resell access without a written agreement. Apps that integrate with third-party platforms (such as Workiz or ServiceTitan) must be used within those platforms’ terms as well.
Warranty and liability
The apps are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms with notice on this page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate them. You may stop using the service at any time.
