Request a Search refund at /support/file-classifier?type=refund and include the receipt or invoice identity. Cancel future renewal from /account/search. Cancellation itself does not refund a completed payment; paid features continue through the paid-through date.
An approved full period refund removes the access and action allowance funded by that payment. Refunded action packs lose the corresponding actions; a partial refund proportionally reduces the grant, rounded up to whole actions. Unrefunded purchased actions remain saved. Applicable statutory refund rights are unaffected.
Website purchases
Eligible website subscriptions are processed by Stripe. This policy applies only when the applicable secure checkout is open for purchase; private previews and coming-soon products cannot be purchased. Wizero Battle web purchases remain closed until the owner enables launch. Its product-specific refund terms at https://wizero.net/refunds apply to its one-time web purchase; submit a request at https://ingenioustools.net/support/wizero-battle?type=refund. Google Play purchases use Google Play refund rules.
Workiz Buddy subscriptions
If an invited Workiz Buddy customer completes an authorized website checkout, the website-purchase rules below apply. Canceling billing and disconnecting Workiz or scheduling data offboarding are separate actions. A full approved refund revokes the paid entitlement; the authorized owner may use the product’s bounded read-only export window where available, unless immediate restriction is required for security, fraud, or law.
14-day refund window
For eligible website purchases processed by Stripe, contact [email protected] within 14 days of payment if the product does not work as described or you determine it is not suitable. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through the original processor and revoke the associated paid license. This section does not apply to Google Play purchases.
Renewals
Renewal payments are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date if you have not made material use of the app during that period. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel any time before the renewal date — you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
Founding places and cancellation
A founding place is permanently counted when its first payment completes. Cancellation or refund does not reopen that place for another customer. Canceling stops future renewal and normally leaves access available through the paid-through date; a full refund revokes the associated paid license.
What is not refundable
Partial-period refunds after the 14-day window, charges older than 60 days, and cases of license abuse (key sharing or resale) are not eligible. Where local consumer law grants broader rights, that law prevails.
How to request
For Stripe website purchases, sign in at ingenioustools.net/account with the purchase email, choose Refund request, and include the app name, approximate payment date, and invoice or receipt number if available. Never include a full card number. We review eligibility, reply in the same tracked thread, and send approved refunds to the original payment method through Stripe. A full refund revokes the associated paid license after the processor reports it. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the purchase address. Support messages receive an initial response within one business day.
