Delete my Wizero data
Verify your email before removing Wizero contact details, device activations, support messages and related suggestions. Your web license is revoked. This does not delete your other Ingenious Tools products, platform account or Google Play purchase.
Retained records and access
Restricted payment references, amounts, dates and refund status remain for accounting, legal obligations and disputes. They are not fully anonymous: the payment processor can still identify its transaction. Stripe and Google retain their own records under their policies. Online web access stops at revalidation; a previously issued offline entitlement may last until expiry.
On your device
Campaign progress and settings are stored locally. Export any backup you want to keep, then clear the site's saved data or use Android Settings → Apps → Wizero Battle → Storage → Clear data. We cannot restore deleted local saves.
Public leaderboard
Scores are not linked to your email. For removal, contact Wizero support with the display name, score and approximate date. We verify the request separately.
