Ingenious Voice Assistant
Hold. Speak. Hear the answer.
A quiet-until-needed, voice-first assistant: hold to talk, ask naturally, and hear a concise answer from your chosen cloud model or a private on-device one.

Who it is for
Android users who want a clear answer out loud without wake words or distractions. The hold-to-talk design is also practical for blind and low-vision users and people who find typing or precise touch controls difficult.
From input to outcome
A clearer path through the work.
Hold one button, ask out loud, and hear the answer spoken back.
Type instead when you need quiet, using exactly the same assistant.
Choose a cloud model through your own OpenRouter key, or run Gemma locally on the device.
In local mode, your questions and answers never leave the phone.
No wake word means the assistant stays quiet until you deliberately hold the button.
Large, focused controls keep the experience simple when looking at or tapping the screen is difficult.
Trust and control
Designed around practical results.
- Local Gemma prompts and answers stay on the device by design.
- Spoken output is cleaned up so answers sound natural instead of reading internal reasoning or markup.
- Account, diagnostics, privacy choices, and support are all reachable in-app.
- The same focused interaction works for quick questions, study, work, and accessibility needs.

Questions, answered
Is it really private?
In local Gemma mode, prompts and answers are generated on the device and are not sent anywhere. If you choose OpenRouter, your question goes to the provider you configured, and the app tells you which mode is active.
Does it listen all the time?
No. There is no wake word. The assistant listens only while you deliberately hold the talk control.
When will it be available?
Ingenious Voice Assistant is still in private prelaunch testing. Follow the product page for verified release milestones.
Can I type instead of speaking?
Yes. Typed prompts use the same selected AI and can still return a spoken response.
